GBG Elite Training (19.09.2013)

Physical terrain, alot of high undergrowth in the marshes. Head & Legs weren't particularly with it for the session, technically ok (abit too high on 2, struggled to make the map fit at the start of int 2!, missed in the circle on 7 after taking a pretty poor line to the control). watch seemed to have stopped before the end of the last rep, intensity dropped off on this one anyway after losing a contact lense near the start of it.
