GMOK Tiomila Training (01.03.2014)

Mass start gaffled course. pretty smooth through the first few controls, then some v.small misses in the circle at 8,10, 11 & 16. was running with Erik Borjeskog at the end, i went left to 17 and he went right and got a 20s gap which he kept to the end. good relay session.
