GOF elit training (05-09-2013)

Tough Gbg area but actually I thought it was pretty runnable just lots of slopes and some areas of undergrowth that could be avoided.
Had a couple of legs where I felt I was making a plan, picking what I'd see and then seeing it and finding the control. This fell apart a bit when Lilian Fosgren overtook me at 9 and saw some other girls, I got a bit competitive and tried to run faster and didn't plan so well.
Think I need to work on knowing what I will see not just having a plan/red line on the map I think I should follow.
