Scottish Score Championships 2019
On Sunday 1st September 2019, STAG Orienteering hosted the Scottish Orienteering Score Championships on a newly extended map of Faskally Woods & Pitlochry.

Venue
Small in size but technically & physically challenging in nature, Faskally Woods was well known to many before the 2019 Scottish Score Championships as it hosted the Scottish Orienteering League in 2014, the Veteran Home International Relays in 2012, CompassSport Cup Scottish Final 2005, as well as several other levels of races.
The addition of the urban & parkland terrain on the north side of the River Tummel made the venue a great option for this competition to test both those mental skills & physical fitness to the limit.
Courses
Three courses were on offer:
- Course 1 – 70 minutes M20-35, W21 TD5
- Course 2 – 60 minutes M/W16-18, W20, W35, M/W40-75+ TD5
- Course 3 – 40 minutes M/W14- TD3.
