New Performance Director for SOA

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Fanni Gyurko (FVO) as performance director for the Scottish Orienteering Association. The board has unanimously agreed to co-opt Fanni until this year’s AGM when she will stand for election by the membership.

Fanni brings a vast amount of experience of elite orienteering from her time in the Hungarian national team, competing at nine WOCs and many other international events. She has now lived in Scotland for eight years and is committed to helping Scottish athletes achieve their goals, in particular as we approach WOC2024.
