Minutes & booklet available for SOA 2019 AGM
The 2019 Scottish Orienteering Association Annual General Meeting will take place at Bo’ness Academy, as part of the Sprint Scotland event on Saturday 22nd June, and you can now download minutes from the 2018 meeting plus the booklet for the 2019 meeting, which includes details on how members can vote.
The AGM will be held at 13:30-14:30 – in between the sprint races.
A Youth AGM will also be run in parallel with the SOA AGM to ensure we hear the opinions of our junior members and give them a voice in the areas which matter to them.
The SOA would like to apologise for the late announcement of the AGM date. We hope all competitors will take time to come to our meeting in between the Sprint races. For those who cannot attend on the 22nd June a proxy vote will be available in the published AGM Booklet.
Fiona Keir (Chief Operating Officer) and members of SOA staffing team will be available at the Scottish Championships should you have any questions or wish to complete your proxy voting this weekend.
