Farewell and good luck
Last week saw our final face to face team meeting with our outgoing COO(Chief Operating Officer) and what a way to go! Fiona had us all lined up throwing axes – luckily not at each other… A bit like working for SOA, we had targets to hit!

It turns out that Fiona is a real champion in this field and was duly crowned our Viking Queen – ably supported by Fran Britain and Richard Oxlade who both showed some prowess in the field.

Indeed Fiona has been a champion and seen us through the recent difficult years, steering a steady ship around tricky waters. As a team we are saddened to see her go and wish her all the best in her new post where she will champion a sustainable future and environmental matters.
