Introduction to the basic skills of orienteering through indoor and outdoor activities, and how to bring a variety of subjects to life through the medium of orienteering, intended for teachers, outdoor centre instructors, Scout leaders etc.
This introduction to orienteering is for adults who have little or no knowledge of the sport, and aims to take you to a basic level of competence and confidence. We will use some of the best orienteering areas in the UK and have a coach:participant ratio of 1:6 to ensure best possible learning for everyone.
